3. Cookies We Do Not Use

- Cross-site behavioral profiling cookies of any kind

- Third-party analytics that share data for advertising purposes
4. Third-Party Cookies
The only third-party cookies on draxion.io come from Clerk.com, our authentication provider. These are strictly necessary for login functionality and are governed by Clerk’s privacy policy at clerk.com/privacy.
Draxion has a Data Processing Agreement with Clerk.com in accordance with GDPR Article 28. Clerk.com is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
5. Legal Basis for Cookie Use (GDPR)
For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, our legal bases for cookie use are:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — these are required to operate the service you have requested. They do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
