Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the boundaries of permitted use of the Draxion platform. It applies to all users of the Service and supplements the Terms of Service. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access.
Permitted Use
The Draxion platform may be used only to:
- Monitor AI tool usage within your own organization by authorized personnel
- Generate compliance documentation and policies for your own organizational use
- Assess and manage AI-related risk within your own organizational boundaries
- Train employees within your organization on AI governance requirements
Prohibited Use
Privacy and Surveillance
- Monitoring individuals outside your organization without their knowledge and applicable legal authority
- Deploying the Chrome extension to personal devices without employee consent where required by applicable law
- Using DLP scanning to collect the substantive content of employee communications beyond what is permitted by employment law in your jurisdiction
- Building surveillance profiles of individuals for purposes unrelated to AI governance
Legal Compliance
- Processing personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or other applicable privacy law
- Using compliance reports generated by Draxion as a substitute for qualified legal advice in regulatory proceedings without independent review
- Representing to regulators that Draxion compliance outputs constitute legal certification where no such certification exists
Technical Abuse
- Attempting to extract, reverse engineer, or reproduce Draxion's regulatory knowledge base or AI model configurations
- Using the API beyond documented rate limits or in ways that degrade service for other customers
- Introducing malicious code or conducting security testing against production systems without prior written authorization
Commercial Restrictions
- Reselling access to the platform or building competing products using Draxion functionality
- Sharing account credentials between separate organizations
- Using the platform for organizations beyond those covered by your subscription
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@draxion.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Enforcement
Draxion reserves the right to investigate suspected AUP violations and to suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe a serious violation has occurred. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before taking action except where immediate action is required to prevent harm.
