Every organization with more than 50 employees is running AI tools that were never approved, reviewed or governed. The regulation is written, the dates are set, and the market is badly underserved.
We are building the platform that closes that gap — and we are looking for people who want to work on something that genuinely matters, at the point where it is still small enough for one person to change its direction.
How we work
These are not poster values. They are the four things we actually screen for, and the four things that get someone let go.
Every person owns their area end to end — problem definition, deployment, customer feedback. There is no handoff culture here because there is nobody to hand off to.
Decisions are made with data. If you are proposing a change, bring the evidence. If you are disagreeing, bring a better argument. Seniority does not settle debates.
Our customers are CISOs and compliance officers staking their professional reputation on our platform. We treat that as the responsibility it is.
We move fast, instrument everything, and treat every deployment as a learning opportunity. Perfect is the enemy of shipped — but broken is the enemy of both.

Own the development of core platform features — from the detection engine through to the compliance reporting layer. TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, and a genuine interest in security and governance.
